Fulfillment Policy

What Happens Next? Once you've checked out, you will receive an onboarding form with questions we need you to answer so that we can adequately program and install your new AI Employee Website Widget.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: You can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery/installation of the website widget and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Once it's installed or delivered, the return Policy becomes effective.

Delivery Time: Once you return the form, we will ask any additional questions and deliver/install the widget within three business days. We can also schedule an onboarding call to answer any questions you have about installation, usage, and how to update the AI Employee's programming.

Return Policy and Process: You have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to decide if you want to keep the AI Employee Website Widget. If you decide to keep it, there's no need to do anything, but the return privilege expires and returns are not longer available. If you decide you do not want to keep the widget, either email us at [email protected], or call us at (702) 819-0500 within 60 days of purchase and indicate you wish to exercise your right to a refund. At that time we will disable the widget, and the widget will disappear from your website and no longer be useable and we will issue back to your original payment method a 100% refund, no questions asked.

Usage Minutes: Once your AI Employee is installed or delivered, you will need to fund your account to pay for usage. Usage is calculated by the number of minutes the AI Employee engages with your website visitor. The time you are paying $.20 USD per minute for is only for the AI Employee's time, not the time your website visitor is speaking. You will need to keep your account funded, or once your balance is exhausted, the AI Employee will no longer function. You will have the option to auto-recharge your account with your custom parameters. For example, you can fund your account with $20 and state that when the balance drops to $5 replenish the account with $10. These charges will be charged to the credit card you specify. You will be notified each time you are charged. You can update or remove your card at any time.

System Access: You will be given access to your AI Employee through a secure dashboard for the purposes of updating it's knowledge base or changing your billing information for the per minute fee. We are also happy to update your AI Employee at any time. Simply use one of our contact methods and submit your request. Update are usually completed within two business days.
